Because every item from THE CODE is custom made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Our current processing time is 5–12 business days. This allows us to:
- Print your custom design
- Professionally sew or assemble your item
- Complete the curing process (when applicable)
- Carefully inspect each product before shipping
